 You are required to write a report of 2000 words (+/-10%) that discusses wellbeing in relation to ONE of the following groups or settings:

  • Children
  • Young people
  • People with mental health issues
  • Older people
  • Wellbeing in the workplace [this can be included in the assessment brief if this topic is taught on the module, include or delete as appropriate]

 You are permitted to use sub-headings in this assessment. Your report should follow this format: Introduction.

Explanation of two concepts that relate to wellbeing. Ensure that you draw on concepts that have been discussed in the module.

Discussion of the main issues relating to the wellbeing of yours elected group.

Discussion of relevant strategies/initiatives that seek to enhance the wellbeing of your selected group. You are advised to discuss strategies/initiatives that seek to address the wellbeing issues that you have already identified in your report. The strategies/initiatives you discuss can be international, national and/or local. Conclusion.
