and leadership, and top management would like you to research these issues as
a member of the human resources management team. Then, provide a PowerPoint
presentation to all management regarding ethics and leadership to remind them
of the importance of ethics and ethical leadership in the organization.Â

mind they recently expanded operations to another country),Â
- Social responsibility, andÂ
- Stakeholder relationships.Â

Then, discuss
leadership traits and characteristics, including:Â
- Charismatic and transformational
leadership,Â
- Leadership attitudes, behaviors,
and styles as they relate to a positive ethical climate for the
organization.Â
Incorporate
appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics, as well as “speaker
notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief
paragraphs or bulleted lists.Â
Your
presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and
concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating
directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and
current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to National University’s Academic

Length: 7 – 10 slides (with a separate
reference slide). Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide. Be sure to
include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA
format and style where appropriate. Save the file as a PPT with the correct

slides.Â
- Provide a few appropriate graphics

- Use six bullets per slide or less.Â
- Use Times New Roman, 28 or 32-point
font.Â
- Use the speaker’s notes area to
include the information you want to share with your audience. The
speaker’s notes must be coordinated with the information on the slides.
Be sure to provide citations for your sources. Speaker’s Notes Length:
150-200 words for each slideÂ
- Be creative. You can add audio to
the presentation if you choose; however, it is not required.Â
- Include references on your final
slide(s).Â
